We strive to develop strategic partnerships with colleges and universities to assist in developing and documenting outcome based programming. Furthermore, Arbor Health aims to build a working relationship with the Missouri Department of Mental Health, as well as the Department of Health and Senior Services.
Ultimately, we desire to develop and become recognized as a provider of
a national model of care for residents that face negative stigmas associated with those suffering from injuries to the mind or body.
focus of service
Arbor Health strives to provide care and support to any qualifying male suffering from mental health disorders.
Here at Arbor Health our residents play an active role in the development of their customized care plan. The needs, goals, and objectives of each resident are considered as the plan is developed. The goal of each plan is to assist the resident in learning to manage their mental health disorder and accompanying conditions, while providing the support skills and services necessary to allow the resident to become an active part of society. Each plan has multiple elements including family, community integration, and includes vocational education and development.
We work diligently to create relationships with a network of referral agencies that will identify clientele and contact us regarding qualified individuals to discuss care options. We are continually researching opportunities to diversify and assist Arbor Health in adding additional lines of support through generous donations made by our community and the hard work of volunteers and staff.
